Spotless windows, inside & out
One service, done exceptionally well. We show up on time, treat your home like our own, and leave every pane crystal clear.
Exterior window cleaning
Hand-squeegeed for that crisp, streak-free finish with no spots. For some higher panes we switch to a water-fed pole with purified water, upon request, we can use this system for second-floor windows if you prefer.
Screen & sill detailing
Every appointment includes a sill and track wipe-down, because clean glass deserves a clean frame. Full screen washing is available as an add-on.
Outdoor lights & fixtures
Light fixtures, sconces, and post lamps, hand-cleaned to make your evening curb appeal pop. We bid these on-site since every fixture is different.
Indoor ceiling fans & lights
While we're inside, we can take care of accessible ceiling fans and overhead light fixtures too. Just ask when we arrive.
Gutters
Clear leaves, debris, and downspout blockages so the next rain runs where it should, not down your siding.

If it rains after we've cleaned your windows within seven days of your cleaning, just give us a call, we'll return and touch up the necessary windows at no charge. And if a rainy day catches us mid-job or scheduled appointment, we'll do the interior work that day and circle back for the exteriors once the weather has cleared.
